Commercial Landscape
Landscape Techniques, Inc. has been engaged in the commercial landscape construction industry in New York and New Jersey for the past 28 years. We have enjoyed working with many of the areas’ top general contractors – Torcon, Natoli, Walsh, Infante, Seacost, Heller, Henderson Coporation, and Turner Construction. The scope of work has been extremely diverse and exciting to have the opportunity to experience all different levels across the spectrum of the landscape industry.
WORKING IN NYC
Recently, we have been performing a substantial amount of work in New York City for the New York Public Library, The Bryant Park Corporation, The 34th Street District, Times Square Alliance, and now the Columbus Avenue Streetscape project.
We were the site contractor for the restoration of the New York Public Library celebrating its 100 year anniversary. Complete reconstruction of all granite step systems along 5th Avenue and repair and replacement of large granite and bluestone slabs on plaza surrounding the historical building.
Bryant Park has included a variety of site work projects including bluestone and granite restoration, south west Porch construction and utility installation. Commercial construction is a very important component of Landscape Techniques and we very much enjoy the challenge of every project.
